When will it be delivered?

Delivery usually takes place on the working day following that of dispatch. If the destination is an island, a particularly distant or small location, an extra day may be necessary. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Can I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel online from the day after shipping. The tracking link is inside the "Order History" section of your account. For shipments outside Italy you will receive tracking information by email.

If I pay cash on delivery?

IIf you have chosen to pay for your order on delivery, prepare the axact amount of your order cash, the person delivering the parcel may not have the change.

And when does it arrive?

Neve Cosmetics orders are packed in sturdy recyclable cardboard boxes, and sealed with 'Neve Cosmetics - guarantee seal' tape. Upon delivery, check the integrity of the package and the seal tape. In case of doubt, ask the courier to check the content in his presence: in case of anomalies or doubt accept the parcel with “reserve" and contact our staff.

What does it contain?

Inside the parcel you will find all the products ordered, a gift and a transport document listing all the products ordered.
