Shipping your order: delivery times and costs

Shipping in Italy is carried out by the leading courier in Italy, BRT. In most places, delivery times are approximately one working day from the date items are dispatched from our warehouses. It will take two working days to deliver to islands, small towns, and places that are particularly far away from our head offices.  Shipping via Express Courier is offered at below-cost rates.

DHL Express Courier (shipping in Europe)

Shipping within the European Community is carried out by the courier DHL. Delivery times are approximately one-two working days from the date items are dispatched from our warehouses. Shipping to particularly far away destinations may take one extra day.

No minimum order!

Neve Cosmetics has recently got rid of the minimum order. This means you do not need to spend a certain amount to be able to make a purchase. You can even order just one item!
NB: Packaging (which comes to about 2 Euros, including VAT) is always free for purchases over 19 Euros, including VAT.


How do I receive Neve products?

You will receive your items packaged in a colorful recyclable double-reinforced cardboard box, sealed with strong clear adhesive tape, the "Neve Cosmetics - Seal of guarantee".
Our staff only use inner packaging (which is visually unappealing and causes pollution) only if absolutely necessary.


When does the courier deliver?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours, not including national and patronal holidays. However, it is possible when placing your orderto, to add a note indicating the courier your preferred delivery times.


Can I track my order online?

As soon as your order is consigned to the express courier, you will receive a detailed email with information about shipping, delivery, and how to track your order online so you can get organised.


What happens if I'm not in when my order is delivered?

If the recipient is not in, delivery is normally attempted the next working day.
If the delivery cannot be made on the second attempt, the items will be held at the local branch to be collected in person by the recipient within 5 days.
The staff of the courier's destination branch and our customer services team are always available to quickly resolve any problems with delivering your order.

Can I have products delivered to a country that is not part of the European Union?

We are sorry, but at the moment we cannot deliver to countries outside the European Community, such as Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, etc.


Can I collect my order at the Neve Cosmetics head offices?

If you live in the province of Turin, or are able to travel to our head offices, you can collect your goods directly from our offices in the Vadò industrial zone in Trofarello (Google map - simplified pdf map).
We will contact you by email as soon as your order is ready and you will have three weeks to collect your items.
Items can only be collected at the following times: Monday to Friday: h 13.45 - 17.30
Our head offices are not used as a showroom, so it it not possible to test and examine the products on site.
