Shipping in Italy is carried out by BRT express courrier. Delivery times are one or two working days from the date items are dispatched from our warehouses. Shipping within the European Community is carried out by DHL espress courrier. Delivery times are approximately two or three working days from the date items are dispatched from our warehouses. Shipping to particularly far away destinations may take one extra day.
Neve Cosmetics has recently got rid of the minimum order. This means you do not need to spend a certain amount to be able to make a purchase. You can even order just one item!NB: Packaging (which comes to about 2 Euros, including VAT) is always free for purchases over 19 Euros, including VAT.
You will receive your items packaged in a colorful recyclable double-reinforced cardboard box, sealed with strong clear adhesive tape, the "Neve Cosmetics - Seal of guarantee".Our staff only use inner packaging (which is visually unappealing and causes pollution) only if absolutely necessary.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours, not including national and patronal holidays. However, it is possible when placing your orderto, to add a note indicating the courier your preferred delivery times.
Sure! As soon as your order is consigned to the express courier, you will receive a detailed email with information about shipping, delivery, and how to track your order online so you can get organised.

We are sorry, but at the moment we cannot deliver to countries outside the European Community except UK, such as Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, etc.
If you live in the province of Turin, or are able to travel to our head offices, you can collect your goods directly from our offices in the Vadò industrial zone in Trofarello (Google maps).We will contact you by email as soon as your order is ready and you will have three weeks to collect your items.Items can only be collected at the following times: Monday to Friday: h 13.45 - 17.30Our head offices are not used as a showroom, so it it not possible to test and examine the products on site.
