Problems with your order?
What to do if you have a problem with shipping of your order.
All our orders’ shipping methods can be easily tracked on line. Immediately after the dispatch of your order you will receive an e-mail containing all necessary tracking information to enable you to easily and autonomously check the delivery status of your order including the expected delivery date. Tracking information can be also accessed to under the section “my orders’ history”. There is a problem with the items I received, what should I do?
If there is anything wrong with the items you receive, contact the Neve Cosmetics staff. We will try to resolve any problem as quickly as possible.
