Pastello Lipcolor is a lip pencil with a vegetarian and vegan formula. It is as intense as a lipstick and as precise as a pencil and contains precious vegetable oils and waxes to create a deep shade and high definition while naturally protecting your lips. Use the tip to line the contour of your lips with precision, then use the edge to colour the whole surface of your lips.
