Beauty Tips

Pastello Eyeliner can be used as: Eye PencilPastello can be applied along the inner rim to intensify the look of the eyes. Light colours contribute to make the eye look bigger, whereas dark colors underline the shape of the eye. BaseApply Pastello on the whole of your eyelid, shading it evenly with a soft brush, then apply an eyeshadow in a similar or contrasting colour dabbing it onto the area. EyelinerLine you upper lash line with Pastello, then use an eyeliner brush to pull the colour to the outer corner of the eye for a perfect 60s flick. Smokey EyesAdd definition to your lash line and eye crease by lining it with Pastello, then shade with a soft brush, pulling the colour outwards, and finish off with a powder eyeshadow in an intermediate colour. Set the lines made with Pastello with some powder eyeshadow, or a pinch of transparent powder to make it last longer.
