Pastello Eyeliner can be used as: Eye PencilPastello can be applied along the inner rim to intensify the look of the eyes. Light colours contribute to make the eye look bigger, whereas dark colors underline the shape of the eye. BaseApply Pastello on the whole of your eyelid, shading it evenly with a soft brush, then apply an eyeshadow in a similar or contrasting colour dabbing it onto the area.
