No minimum order!

Neve Cosmetics has recently got rid of the minimum order. This means you do not need to spend a certain amount to be able to make a purchase. You can even order just one item!
Packaging (which comes to about 2 Euros, including VAT) is always free for purchases over 19 Euros, including VAT.

When will my order be dispatched?

Every order is a minor "beauty emergency" to be treated with the utmost urgency! For this reason we have developed a technologically advanced logistics system that can package and ship a huge quantity of orders quickly. We've already become famous for how fast we dispatch orders! :)

Confirming, modifying, or cancelling your order.

Your order is processed immediately and shipping is arranged very quickly. Because of this, it is only possible to modify an order within 20 minutes after it have been placed. If you are interested in changing your order, please contact our Customer Care.
